I don't think "positive" thread titles are that important. Let people decide for themselves what they think is the "best investment".
As much as it's important to maintain a positive atmosphere for insightful discussion, I really don't think it's necessary to try to promote RAC within HC by stressing about how others perceive our discussion threads.
It might start to feel like too much of an echo chamber if every thread becomes "SUPER MAXIMUM RETURN GET RICH MEGA BUCKS RACE ONCOLOGY TO THE MOON ROCKET EMOJI".
I don't think "positive" thread titles are that important....
