Inking, your sentiment is shared by many I think, however, the way it could interpreted is that the insiders know exactly what level if work is done and when results/outcomes will be known. The lack of buying by them suggests that they see no hurry and will act closet to release of price sensitive data/announcements. Meanwhile if retail customers lose a bit of confidence and the SP slumps it only benefits those in “the know” down the track.
