Hi mate, when I was in the US I had Chase trading account, once they caught wind I moved home they closed down my account.
I currently run interactive brokers for my overseas shares, that should do the trick.
It also produces W8 tax forms nicely for tax purposes, tax is a bit of a pain in the US. For when we start collecting those sweet RAC divvies in the future.
