Sophia was hired by DCB who had a different strategic plan to the one we have now. She is a legacy of previous management.
To some degree, her role made sense if there was a plan for an earlier exit. In the current Race scenario, I'm not sure of her role. I was mildly sceptical then, but more so now.
irrespective, her position isn't a huge burden on company's coffers.
