DrT faced was that he was one board member (outsider) on a board set up by legacy directors that were intent their/his strategy/timeline executed.
That is just an excuse. Dr T is and was the largest shareholder in Race , there was no reason he couldn't have called for a board spill. He could have righted the ship much before the absolute waste of money this last 12 months.
