Wash trading by definition doesn't require volume, especially when a bot has to arbitrarily sell an additional 10-15% of whatever nominal volume transacts.
I'm personally indifferent if it has ceased, but unhappy that it occurred to begin with. Many retail rac holders have been shafted thanks to these antics.
I want to see the best outcome for ALL shareholders, not some.
