Human ethics and governance approvals are the two choke points as I see it. Hopefully the team are able to kickstart HE as soon as possible they'll still need to wait for GA after that.
At least with the CPACS all comers trial, there should be much easier patient integration with IV and broader disease scope. Plus Prof Doan and Sverdlov pushing the case.
The mood of the room would be much lighter if at the AGM they're discussing patient numbers in both trials that's for sure.
