1. If you want to hear why buy IMU vs RAC or any other company you better ask on their threads so you can get a lot more reasons to buy their company vs competition.
2. Markets don’t care about SOI. Market cap is a better measure.
3. SOI, mgmt buys and sells, dilution of retail SHs, raising $100Mn at highly inflationary period when you don’t plan to use it in the next 6-12 months etc are all related to mgmt integrity, governance and ethical treatment of the retail SH issues - market doesn’t care about them.
4. Some companies try to do too much without doing one thing properly. Whether you consider having lots of irons in the fire (optionality) as a good or bad thing, vs having focus on a couple of things that you will progress to say phase 1 or 2 before putting more irons in the fire is about mgmt strategy and whether you agree with that as a SH.
