yeah I’m not saying she can’t do it - it was more that after initially looking at her CV, I thought she would be a candidate for leaving and looking for something new after the change in management previously. Again, my completely unfounded in facts impression, was that she might have been sold a very different story of what the job was going to be compared to what had happened since she got here and she has been twiddling her thumbs for a long time.
