Without reading the paper it is impossible to fully comment, but anti-oxidant approaches to anthracycline cardioprotection have all failed when tried in humans. Beyond that the dosing of 200mg/kg (100x the dox dose) is very unlikely to be viable or even achievable in humans - that would be something like 15g in a 75kg human!
There is the minor issue that they didn’t show any anticancer activity in their model, just some preventative effect when they exposed the rats to a potent chemical carcinogen.
