The second phase of board addition will most probably be someone from
big pharma let's say if it was Pfizer for example that wanted to take us over they will send one of their board members to join RAC to facilitate ongoing trials.
Have someone on the inside,
Who every gives us $$$ for the license deal.
Not sure if that may effect a bidding war because we have a insider from the company that wants us.
So if we get a board member from a company that gives us $$$ for trials or whatever then if this happens then happy days for everyone holding and for people not holding you will just ave to enter multiple times the SP.
