The Phase 1 trial will be going via a different ethics committee to the cardio observational trial that is much faster at processing applications.
Talking of the old observational cardio trial I really, really wish that had not been cancelled as it would have been so useful. The same with the EMD AML trial where the screening issue could have been fixed - we could have bridged RC220 across to it and been in the clinic right now.
