Unfortunately not. The contract is worded in favour of Biosynergy - basically any commercialisation activity done by anyone for any reason at any stage while the contract is active will trigger the payment clauses of the contract. It is not a contract I personally would have signed, but the good news is it comes to a conclusion on the 14th September 2024.
