Yep, between announcements there is always a bit of shit stirring and banter, with scattered updates from studious posters. Once we get some announcements we will have a lot to talk about.
Until then I need @Mason14 to help me figure out why I struggle at the top of my pull up, and to know if doing negatives is the best way to progress to more reps for someone struggling to get mutliple with good form.
