    I'll work on speeding up the pulling motion, and I'll keep doing negatives because I like the DOMS.

    I've been neglecting the DL for several years now tbf, a lot of my leg workouts are hiking and running. Neglect on my part. I'll let you know CY25Q1 how my DL and pull up performance has improved, between CPACS and my personal fitness you have a fair bit to look forward too.

    I'll stop derailing the thread now! Ironically this actually isn't the most irrelevant post this week. Not even close.
