From next week, the hand brakes are off and sp is free to rip higher:

1. (Inappropriate) Biosynergy (JC) commercialization contract expired. Potential partners are free to approach Race without an inappropriate financial penalty in the form of a biosynergy fee. Race has been engaging and talking to BP and other potential partners. We know this from DCB days. What we don’t know is the extent of the discussions.
2. All clinical development on track for the remainder of 2024. Should hear many updates in the last quarter and a bit of 2024.
3. Charts and chart watchers seem to be aligned. I.e. bullish signals posted by many pundits on HC.
4. Top 20 keep topping up (ex JC)
5. Board and management are now fully aligned. No more (perceived) historical dead weight. Exec Chair (PS) and CEO/MD (DT) have full control and seem to be perfectly suited to this stage of RAC. New NED Dr Serge Scrofani (ex CSL 16 years and a PE investor) seem to be a great complement. Look forward to his contribution.
6. New large investors/institutions sitting on sidelines waiting for a cap raise know clearly they will not obtain an easy large entry. They will need to be patient accumulators on market (like the rest of us), otherwise face the FOMO scramble to come. Piggy back options are strongly in the money and likely 100% take up in 2026, meaning cash position and potential near/med-term cap raise is not an overhang concern to investors (existing and new).
7. Interest rates (globally) predicted to come down. Soft landing for economy.
8. US elections will come to a conclusion. It doesn’t really matter who wins. What markets don’t like is uncertainty, including interest rates, recession likelihood and election uncertainty.
9. Global equity markets (including biotech) have come off recent lows and easily shook off the recent jitters of last month.
