    "Think of it like the titanic heading towards the iceberg, and the captain not announcing it prior to colliding

    Those that are watching from the top deck know it’s coming, the captain knows it’s coming, yet to keep the passengers calm or from jumping ship, the announcement comes after the fact."

    Under the continuous disclosure rules, it would be my understanding, the captain needs to announce the potential collision when it is evident it is unavoidable. ie prior to hitting the iceberg, not after the fact.
