Reformulating a drug that works and has a large clinical history, and spending tens of millions of dollars to dose patients over the next 4 months and 3 years is a long con indeed.
I presume Mason and DT will exit as soon as the first dose goes in, to give them some liquidity. Might be a bit hard for Dr T with near 10% of the SOI though
