While I am unsure of the accuracy, the resource below shows that China's Upper Middle and High income make up roughly 17% of the population. I liked it because I could check the USA and Australia, and Europe as a whole. Russia also has 32% of the population that are classed as Upper Middle to High income earners.

This means that there are a potential 2,130,810 and 354,760 doses (2,484,570 total) for China and Russia, respectively, where Bisatrene should be affordable. If you simply add these into the equation, the value for CPACS increases from AUD $847M to AUD $1,932M and the rNPV shifts to $12.7 ($10.6 fully diluted).
