Yes, however, what MST write is up to them. They are very protective of their independence and don't share with us what they write before they release their reports.
I would much rather read a detailed paid for by the company report than a supposedly "independent" broker report written to support a capital raise. With all analyst reports you should be sceptical of the final valuation, but they can be very useful as a starting point to build your own valuation model. All reports are tool, not a religious text.
