The two biggest red flag for myself would be - the two "insiders" with a wealth of knowledge have decided to sell down "on market" when the opportunity (as I understand it) has been there to do a block trade (at a price that would be to there benefit - my understanding).
I completely understand the benefit of accessing funds, but to do it in the manner they have chosen....RED FLAG to me.
...and yes sometimes there may be "bitterness"...but still a red flag.
As with any investment opportunity - way up the benefits and risk / reward, and do your research.
