M@g123 quotes the 12th of July, but ethics submission H2 2024 was known May 13 and, as can be seen below, Tillett quite clearly states June 11 that ethics and governance are required, and that the timelines are stated.
Like I said, getting upset now just highlights that you have not done your reading.
