Two of my offspring just cycled from Munich to Venice week before last, with a lucky meetup get- together Aust friends ocktoberfest prior to setting off. They had a great time albeit hit all weathers, took few wrong turns then needed to back track and go right Including also a full ascent last mountain, road & mountain pass closed there so had to fully descend 700 metres .. and go up same to finally get through . Plus did a few days Dolomites hiking enroute. Eldest was still riding yesterday near Florence maybe headed to the coast, but that big hurricane that was coming into Europe from the SW and effects were predicted to effect Italy .
It’s going to be big few days for you — please keep safe all !! Please be careful, until the storm has passed if resulting from. Flooding last month also centrally.
I need to get much much fitter clearly, have decided.
