There has never actually been a "change" for ethics lodgement in the material RAC has presented. It has always been bundled into 'H2 2024' since they first put a definitive date on it.

Nothing has moved in or out of the 'H2 CY2024" column, with the exception of DVH. The problem is that they made this statement on 26-June-24:
Everyone conveniently missed the last sentence, I suppose...
It's still feasible that a patient is dosed in H2 FY2024, but the longer we sit on our hands the less likely that becomes. In saying this; I won't be happy if our entire program blows out and all we get is a throwaway line in the 4C.
