A significant component of any HREC submission relates directly to the site(s) that will be undertaking the trial. There will be a large amount of information required from these third-parties, which I'm assuming is the/a reason ethics didn't go in during Q3. Getting 'sign-off' from any quasi-government organisation (eg. public hospital) is a nightmare.
"Massive market correction" always gets thrown around at every new high. I'd be more interested in hedging against poor trial outcomes than a broader market collapse. You can't eat silver either lol.
