The Ethics application will be submitted directly by RAC although the corresponding evidence will come from the universities and hospitals involved in prior trials inc Sheba, Newcastle and the 505 pathway etc. Hence why i believe the Long awaited Sheba results will be available soon after submission.
just get on with the submission or explain the hold up, its certainly not beauracracy imo just another excuse.
