I am not clear either.
Is it the case that RAC is waiting on the proposed primary clinical trial site (Calvery hospital?) to sign a contract saying they agree to participate in the trial? and that this proposed primary clinical site has been deliberating on this decision for weeks or months?
And that nothing can happen until the proposed clinical trial site signs the piece of paper?
is this correct?
