I doubt you'll hear them say that they won't dose a patient in 24.
The ethics lodgement announcement will likely say something along the lines of "we expect the first site will be available for patient recruitment in 4-8 weeks from the date of ethics approval".
We're still guessing wrt trial design, but the patient population to draw from will be far larger than that of emd aml. It's not impossible that a patient receives the lead in dose of RC220 in 24.
