I think any announcement that is a step in the right direction will move the SP sure it's not going to be the massive jump for just sending the paper but I definitely see a huge jump once the ethic paperwork is approved as that will be a huge milestone.
I think people are definitely sitting on the sidelines to see
1/ ethics will be approved
2/ they can get people in the clinic
3/ the right doses has been found
I definitely think once we have people in the clinic that's when we will move quicker up north but I also see the approval of the ethic paperwork also to be a big mover
