    I am going to take a punt at number 6. Perhaps the new method of delivery requires additional compliance requirements?

    I assumed incorrectly that the RC110 > RC 220 change was just a copy-and-paste job to obtain the ethics approval. Even some of the down rampers highlighted this correctly; good learning here for myself.

    Perhaps it is like releasing Tekken 3 for Playstation 2 and then releasing Tekken 4 for Playstation 3. On the surface, pretty similar product—but a whole lot of additional work behind the scenes that can cause delays.
