The hospital board will need to sign off on things like resource allocation. Their liability policies etc likely need amending to include RAC as a named party. It won't just be a tick and flick agreement.
I've had a fair bit of involvement dealing with govt and quasi-govt agencies over the years, albeit in mining... It prematurely sent me grey lol.
