Another poster questioned whether that might be related to the AGM being less than 2 weeks away - it's not uncommon for firms trading policy to have a blackout period prior to AGM - but RACs trading policy doesn't include that condition.
So it's not unreasonable to conclude there is a PS ann imminent. Ethics submission ? parternshio ? new molecule ? iceberg ? .... your guess is as good as mine ....
