I hope you understand that there is a big difference between misinformation and plans failing to pan out! Misinformation is a serious matter: its misconduct. Do you have evidence to support that accusation?
You say we have lost investors because of the way RAC is being run? Why are you still here, when you are privy to some wrongs that others don't know about (that the company is engaging in misinformation)?
Why not sell up now, before this thing crashes? I assume that's what you are predicting (a crash) - judging by the accusation of misinformation!
If you call your actions feedback, then thank God its being ignored! I can't dare to imagine getting lost in the forest with you for company!
