Daniel , all the “old hat” mystic around AGMs is laughable in a modern world. The methodology should be RAC publish the agenda, presentations and motions all a week or so early on social media/hotcooper, then all interested shareholders turn up to vote or vote online on published motions. Then have cocktails. So much to be saved in terms of time and money wise by company reps and shareholders.
