What ever the reason for the blackout period it has zero to do with ethics something else is in play and something that needs time to be sorted out maybe with lawyers as why it's taking a while whatever it is is going to be fantastic that I'm certain of licensing deal? Partnership? Time will tell whatever it is don't be a fool not to be holding when the announcement comes out
