If this is the case would anticipate that it may be released in conjunction with Ethics approval. I think there are some quirks about attempting to patent after clinical trials commence, but could be wrong.
given they know the MOA and MOPACS, where does the peer review journal fit in? Well don’t expect this prior to another patent application is announced IMO.
