The RAC threads are not like the IMU threads where you have to pretend to hold the stock to comment or else you get attacked by the partisan crowd. Ask sensible questions, or add insightful comments, and nobody here will care if you hold or not. No need to pretend you hold when you don't.
There is no imminent CR at RAC. Different companies have different approaches to capital management and RAC is very conservative. You could mount an argument that RAC is too conservative, but that is part of our DNA.
