    My man, the last time RAC raised capital it directly benefitted shareholders. We are all green on the money we gave the company roughly 80%. Everyone who participated in that raise got 3x the bonus options that are currently in the money also. Virtually no dilution and we make money, nice.

    Personally, I don't care if there is a CR, as the company has shown repeatedly that it looks after shareholders. The technology has now become quite palatable to understand even for the non scientific folk.

    The patent cliff is as long as it could possibly be, but the critical time has started. If raising more funds to take advantage of extra opportunities is required to maximize value, then I am 100% supportive of that. Though, the Bis-anthracycline market is stated at $7b USD revenue at a 50% haircut to expected adoption rates, so even if raising capital does not happen, it really is no bother.
