I am answering this under my personal account as it is more a personal questions. Yes I like biotech that provide clear timelines even if they don't always meet them (I can't think of a biotech I have invested in that hit every estimate).
While not universal, the companies that don't provide clear guidelines tend to be closer to lifestyle businesses more focused on management than shareholders.
