i am concerned about the complication of subsequent ethics application committees demanding changes to the clinical trial protocol. Even slight changes would mess up the earlier ethics approvals. And it would be worse if the later ethics committees demanded changes to your clinical trial protocol once the trial has started.
so wouldn’t this mean that subsequent ethics applications would have to be approved as it, with no room to change the trial process?
