I agree @Misspelly. It may be why they in such a long blackout period.
The author may have also sent their script back to RAC for confirmation or comments on their findings.
lets not forget RAC have employed two science writers that have a hell of a lot of reading to do in response to the authors findings. I hope it's a two edge sword with a quick response from race after the release.
