The accumulation seems to be big fish that are suppressing the SP to get them cheaper. Wouldn't be surprised if Pete had secret meetings about Bis in dark allies while he was at the JPM with plane tickets that were paid for by his other offical company. The other official business he engaged in was just a guise to the fact he was really there for chats in the corridors about CS1. Lol
