RAC's last two ethics submissions were three and five months for approval. The three month EA was for an observational section of the proposed trial.
I wouldn't be getting mad about ethics taking this amount of time, a lot of factors are outside of RAC control. I'd be angry at the time missed between toxicology approval and ethics submission. That period was solely in RAC's management arc.
