Yeah, you could spend a fair chunk of time coming up with reasons why but only the board will know the real reason for any RAC hold up. They do seem to be structuring plans to avoid any fast followers though which makes sense.
Once ethics was lodged I was happy to sit back and wait for progress but the two month delay between patent filing (early Oct) and ethics submission (early Dec) seem like slight fumble in the goal square.
I think this trial will recruit quickly once it's underway, the ghosts of RC110 shouldn't scare anyone in the know.
