I was looking at a video from another stock being discussed, and the topic turned to reformulated drugs and IP being challenged in courts by generic drug companies after approval. The result being the court agreed, IP was lost....
Scary stuff.
I assume this is one of the main reasons for the "patent thicket" as described by DrT, but was this also the reason for DCB and City of Hope deal??
