what I can quite understand is why vo2peak isnt standard protocol? I understand it may be in cardiology but not oncology. Doesn’t a cardiologist get involved with management of cardiotoxicity for oncology patients?
is it likely to be another situation like emd were Petscans weren’t actually being adopted. Will vo2peak be dismissed by oncologist who take lvef as the gold standard instead of vo2peak?
