The lead site is the first site to apply. The other sites are not necessarily dependent on the lead site unless they borrowed the documentation. i.e. any of the other 9 sites can overtake the lead site and gain ethics approval and commence the trial.
What appears frustrating to most is the ASX do not allow interim updates. i.e. the status of the other 9 sites in relation to the lead site. I understand RAC will be able to release and Ann when the first site gets ethics approval. The first ethics site may not be the original lead site.
I assume we will not be told when the subsequent sites have ethics approval, unless they in another country.
I suggest after ethics approval, the next piece of news the ASX will allow is first patient dosing.
So, in between times we would have to wait for quarterly updates
