If the MOA is linked to senescence clearance can it stop or reverse accelerated chemotherapy induce aging? If so,
could it be regenerative?
If the P1A/p1b trial have pretreated, naive patients of Bis + Dox v dox alone as a control, could this validate or rule out Bisantrene as being Regenerative v. Protective?
All the historical trials that showed the absence of cardiotoxicity were heavily pretreated yet no cardiotoxicity, isn’t this unusual given cardiotoxicity continues to develop over time?
