Pretty sad state of affairs to hear that Dr T but at the same time not unexpected.
We have fallen so far in so many sectors and the political red tape/level of bureaucrats not adding value to processes across the board within industry is incredible. Seems like to me there are more people in board/governance roles sometimes than those actually producing value/goods and hence we get this stifling of innovation, investment and productivity.
With all of our rich reserves in Australia we really should have set ourselves up in the past few decades to be a powerhouse in so many sectors but sadly we haven't and rather gone backwards with short term politics and thinkers.
Lets hope these approvals are close and Bisantrene can be a beakon in the australian oncology sector in 25.
