F.L.O.G. Give the tired old rhetoric a rest. We have a CEO who is positive about the prospects for the company. If he wasn’t, then he should either do something different or leave. No biggie, nothing to see here.
The only reason the blackout period was mentioned was because of incessant bleating about why Pete (and Phil and Mary - remember them) haven’t bought shares on market. Knowing a company is in a blackout ain’t price sensitive.
